Kelli’s career began as a CPA for Ernst & Young in Manhattan. Working several years on the audit
side of the business, she analyzed corporate financials to ensure compliance with GAAP. She
broadened that experience base to include expertise in direct mail marketing, telemarketing and
database management through years of working in the Finance departments of several national
Republican fundraising organizations including the National Republican Senatorial Committee and
the National Republican Congressional Committee in Washington DC. Today as a licensed real
estate professional in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey she merges her vast skills into a single
focus, real estate.
In her practice of real estate, as a CCIM, Fishbein specializes in commercial and investment real
estate, helping clients analyze their investment decisions, maximize their wealth and legally minimize
the tax consequences of the transaction. She also specializes in helping people in transition with
their real estate decisions. This typically relates to estate planning and divorce. She is a trusted
