Wyen is originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She moved to Toledo Ohio since 2012. Wyen entered commercial real estate field shortly after completing her studies at The University of Toledo where she completed her Bachelor Administration Degree in International Business & Marketing.
Wyen's life's experiences, including her emigration to the US and and mastery of multiple new languages while completing her undergraduate degree in non-native language, combined with her prior work in retail and hospitality demonstrates that she is collaborative, highly motivated and capable of overcoming all obstacles to deliver client-oriented brokerage services.
In April 2022, Wyen successfully completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) education program through the CCIM Institute in Chicago. She have been appointed by CCIM Institute as a Member at Large of the International Activities Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee for the 2023 - 2024 term.
Wyen thrives in retail investment assets and bought her first commercial investment property in 2020, she continues to be an active investor today while being full-time CRE practitioner.
