In 1997, Devin made a pivotal move to the startup venture SmartDM, where he played a key role in the company’s remarkable growth, witnessing a revenue

increase of over 4,000%. After the successful sale of SmartDM in 2004, Devin returned to real estate as an investor, contributing to various projects in Middle Tennessee. In 2007, he joined XMi Commercial Real Estate until founding NAI Nashville, where he

has successfully completed transactions with a diverse clients base and oversees the growth and strategy of the firm.
