Nicolo E. Burger, CCIM is a third-generation Real Estate Associate specializing in the sale and
lease of industrial and investment properties in Western and Southern Wayne County. Nic is the
son of Burger & Company's President, Paul E. Burger, SIOR, and grandson of Edward R.
Burger, SIOR, co-founder of Burger & Company, a brokerage that has sold or leased over One
Billion Dollars worth of transactions.
Nic began his real estate career during the summer of 2016. Since that time, Nicolo has closed in
excess of 175 transactions culminating in over 1,900,000 square feet of industrial building space
sold or leased and over 46 acres of vacant land. These transactions are valued over
$80,400,000.00.
A few notable leasing transactions include Central Ohio Paper and Packaging (40,200 sq. ft.),
Detroit Radiator Corporation (40,414 sq. ft.) and Trans-Overseas Corporation (70,981 sq. ft.).
Significant sales have been to SMC Performance and Auto Parts (22,400 sq. ft.), Servpro (28,000
sq. ft.), RSS Mobile Trailer Repair (7.50 Acres, Design Build to Suit) and multiple investment
sales.
In 2019 at 21 years old, Nicolo made history as the youngest person to ever achieve the CCIM
designation. Founded in 1967, There are only 13,000 certified commercial investment members
across 50 chapters. Nicolo is a candidate for the prestigious SIOR designation, and has earned
numerous testimonial letters from satisfied customers and clients.
