Professional Profile

Kirra Krussman has been an accomplished real estate broker since 1999. She observed the real estate development process through her father, an urban planning consultant and founder of a large regional civil engineering firm. Her experience encompasses real estate brokerage, construction, development, and property management.  


Kirra maintains the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation created by the National Association of Realtors in 1967 to set a standard for excellence in Commercial Real Estate practice.


With a strong negotiating savvy, a sincere approach, and a prolific track record of approximately 1,000 closed commercial and residential real estate transactions, Ms. Krussman can resolve the most complex negotiations and consulting.  Kirra has participated in the acquisition and disposition of approximately 25 residential, multifamily, industrial, flex, and mixed-use land development projects.


Kirra founded Platform Realty Group in December 2016 after a brief transition to her hometown, Hillsboro, Oregon, at Windermere Commercial. She previously specialized in multifamily investments in West Hollywood, California with Investment Real Estate Associates (IREA) after leasing industrial and office properties at NAI BT Commercial in Sacramento, California. She began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker in Redmond, Oregon.


Kirra was raised in Hillsboro, Oregon.  She graduated from Glencoe High School where she lettered in four sports: Soccer, Ski Team, Track, and Dance Team.  In 1995 she represented Oregon at the Miss Teen USA pageant just prior to attending Oregon State University where she studied Business Administration and later transferred to California State University in Sacramento studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Land Use Affairs.
