Diane Larsen has joined Root Real Estate Corporation as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate. Tri-Square Realty Inc. is a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm located in Ormond Beach, Florida. Tri-Square is affiliated with Root Real Estate Corp., a real estate investment firm with a portfolio of over 575,000 +/- square feet of retail, office, and industrial space as well as 2,976,000 +/- square feet of vacant land for sale throughout the Southeastern United States. The Tri-Square Realty team of two licensed Realtors which include Robert Campbell, CCIM, and Diane Larsen, GRI has over 20 years of combined experience in all phases of the commercial real estate industry. Diane assists with the tenant relations and works on all phases of the Lease and Lease renewal processes as well as Sales of Root Properties.

Diane earned her Real Estate License in 2015 and joined Selby Realty, Inc. where she was educated by Dwight Selby, CCIM on Best Practices in Commercial Real Estate. Diane completed over 60 Leases & Sales transactions valued over $8 Million.

Prior to joining Selby Realty Inc., Diane worked for Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation. Team Volusia EDC is a public-private partnership whose primary mission is to market and recruit business from outside the area to Volusia County, Florida. During her 4-year tenure, she functioned as an integral part of the organization as she implemented the set-up procedures for the newly formed organization since early 2011. Diane created the organization’s initiative to identify and procure private sector investment. She increased the private sector investment by over $120,000 in 2014.

Diane is a member of CCIM Institute and is in the process of earning her CCIM designation. She currently serves on the Board of the CCIM Central District as well as Chair of the Commercial Investment Division of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors. Diane is long standing Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Daytona Beach. She is a Board Member of the Ormond Beach Chamber, a graduate of Ormond Leadership, and an active member of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce.
