As a commercial broker, Lowcountry resident and CCIM I have the contacts and tools to help people navigate the world of commercial real estate. It is a very different type of process than the purchase of a house. There are so many other steps including development costing, market analysis or looking at a cash flow analysis and understanding what it means. Since 2003 I have used these skills to help clients and before that I personally invested in the Lowcountry buying, selling and developing properties. This local knowledge and understanding of the process has and will continue to help my clients.
