I have been a licensed broker since 1988 specializing in Land Development, Assembly and Sales and Strata Wind-Up Buildings. I have sold over 600 acres in development land real estate in my career. I wrote and teach the #1 Course for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver: Land Assembly and Development. I teach this course throughout all the Real Estate Boards of BC. I also wrote and teach Strata Wind-Up and Termination throughout the province of BC as well. I also sell free standing buildings to investors or speculators.
