KoonsCo specializes in brokerage, development, and capital solutions. Previously, Lee spend 8 years at Lincoln Property Company where he built a new business vertical in the retail division, Retail Occupier Services, which grew into a national offering and services some of the nation’s most recognizable brands. During this time, Lee also helped deliver over 1M square feet of retail and mixed use product including The Star (Frisco, Texas) and Gates of Prosper (Prosper, Texas).
