I am the founder of AcquisitionPRO™, the ONLY all-in-one real estate software and a Multifamily Investor, Strategic Consultant, and a CCIM Instructor. I help real estate professionals close more deals using AI systems and automations to keep you doing what you're good at; talking to people that want to do business with you!

I have been in the multifamily industry since December 2011 as a broker, consultant, investor, syndicator, and I owned a multifamily property management company in 2016.

I have been a manager on the GP side of a multifamily syndication, a JV partner on a couple of multifamily deals, and invested passively on deals I've brokered.

I teach CI102 Advanced Market Analysis for the CCIM Institute, which has more than 13,000 members and only 60 Instructors.

Since January 2021 I have been building my consulting, education, mentoring, and coaching company to help multifamily investors get their first, or next deal.

I started the Strategic Partnering Community in April 2021 after getting sick to my stomach from a "Guru" conference I attended and saw how they treat their members for profit.

I started AcquisitionPRO™ in 2023 to provide real estate professionals the ONLY All-In-One AI and automation tool you need to be successful.

Most recently I created the Strategic Acquisition System™ which is designed to do the work of guiding your leads through a relationship building process, using AI and automations to automatically move them through your custom built pipeline, so all you have to do is talk to people ready to do business with you.

I was a United States Marine for 11yrs 4mos and 16 days... but who's counting. They instilled into my core values; honor, loyalty, and integrity.

My passion and focus is to help as many real estate investors, agents, and brokers succeed in this very competitive industry, and not have to rely on income from transactions alone.
