Daniel Bowman is a native of Allen, Texas and serves as the CEO of the Allen Economic Development Corporation with a tenure of 15 years at the organization. He was recognized as the Top 40 under 40 by the International Economic Development Council and has been instrumental in structuring incentive packages and land transactions to recruit corporate projects to Allen including NetScout Systems, KONE Elevators, WatchGuard Video and Credit Union of Texas.

His background and focus on community collaboration led him to community leadership roles with the Allen Kiwanis Club, Leadership Allen, the Allen Chamber of Commerce, and the Center for Leadership Program by the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of Trinity University and the University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned his MBA. He recently received the Community Builder Award from the Allen Masonic Lodge.
