F. Jeffrey (Jeff) Kurtz is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates Ltd. As a licensed realtor and Associate Broker, he participates in a wide variety of commercial real estate brokerage activities. His primary focus is on retail, industrial and office properties, representing Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the High Associates, Jeff sold residential real estate with Prudential Homesale Services Group Residential Division. He began his career in real estate in 2001 and with High Associates in January 2011. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Lancaster County Association of Realtors, Lancaster C & I Real Estate Council and International Council of Shopping Centers. He was awarded the 2020 C & I Member of the Year.
Jeff attended William Paterson College located in Wayne, New Jersey and played on two championship baseball teams during that time, one of which finished their season by playing in the Division III College Baseball World Series in 1985.
He is active in the local community. He was the 2021 President for CCIM's PA/NJ/DE Chapter, 2023 Regional VP of CCIM Region 10, serves as a volunteer with the Lancaster County Chamber’s Young Men's Mentoring program. He is a proud member of Highland Presbyterian Church and active with the sports ministry outreach program and was instrumental in the Upward Youth Ministry.
Jeff enjoys participating in sports, but most enjoy when I can involve my family to play or watch a live sporting event together. He lives with his wife Marie in Manheim Township, Lancaster, Pa. He has three sons, Brandon, Logan and Nicholas, a daughter Grace, and a grandson Bennett.
