I lead the CEE Real Estate practice at A&O Shearman. I focus on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sale and lease-back, joint ventures, and asset management issues. I am also advising on real estate aspects of financing, restructuring, and insolvency projects.
