Dan Altstatt is the principal of RedBrick Commercial, a commercial real estate firm dedicated to securing creative, innovative and sustainability spaces for Tenants, Buyers and Investors in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
Dan has represented an array of corporations and small businesses through office headquarters relocation projects, office site leases, lease renewals, and commercial building investments. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) a member of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association (MNCAR) and has studied the practices of the U.S. Green Building Council and LEED designs.
Dan launched Redbrick Commercial in 2020 after learning the skills of tenant representation and commercial project leasing at Griffin Companies and later at Colliers Minneapolis - St. Paul. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Dan volunteered in the AmeriCorps before beginning a career in the recruiting and Human Resources field. Dan served on the Arden Hills Economic Development Commission and is an active supporter of Moundsview Basketball, Moore than Dance in Fridley, Roseville Skate School, Midwest Gymnastics, and University Of North Dakota Track and Field and Cross Country.
