Geoff McGregor, CCIM, President, and CEO of McGregor Interests, Inc. started his career with McGregor Interests, Inc. in 1998 He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Real Estate Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While completing his degree, he expanded the company's business to include the acquisition and remodeling of single family homes while obtaining his CCIM designation. He is involved with the Company's investment analysis.
Geoff specializes in real estate syndications, partnerships, lease negotiations, construction management, and investment analysis.
Geoff is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Omaha, and holds a Broker's license in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. He is an Eagle Scout.
