With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Bill has a proven record of building wealth for his clients throughout the Southeast United States. His consulting areas of expertise include: general brokerage (Land, Industrial, Office, Retail), site selection, 1031 Exchanges, Cost Segregation, and NNN leasing).

In addition to being an active participant in the commercial real estate market through his membership in NAR, CCIM, and Orlando Regional Commercial Council. Bill served on the boards of Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity in Seminole County, Rotary Club of Winter Springs, Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR), and Metroplan Orlando. He currently serves on the boards of CCIM Florida Chapter (2019 VP of Operations), & CCIM Central Florida District.

Bill and his wife Lynn reside in Lady Lake, Florida.
