Michael Mikelic has over twenty-five (25) years of first-hand experience in real estate with over $125 million in transactions of which he was an acting fund manager or managing principal. Early in his career, he served as treasurer and board member at Trump Place in New York City which involved overseeing 300,000 square feet of retail, office, residential, parking and storage space. Mr. Mikelic earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute in 2009 and holds a Certificate in Property Management from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Mr. Mikelic holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a M.S in Accounting from Syracuse University. He holds a FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses and has worked as an investment banker for a number of major European banks, including Julius Baer, Natixis, and Bank Austria.
