Micah McCullough, CCIM, SIOR serves as Vice President of NAI UCR Properties, a globally affiliated commercial real estate services company based in Jackson, Mississippi. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and management. He oversees the company’s management operations, consisting of over 1,000,000 SF of Office, Retail, & Industrial Properties with an estimated market value of $75 MM. In addition to his management roles, he is highly active in the company’s brokerage division having completed over two hundred sale and lease transactions totaling more than $200MM in Mississippi, but also Louisiana, Texas, and Missouri. His client list includes companies such as Milwaukee Tool, UPS Ground, Shelter Mutual Insurance Company, Bank Plus, Trustmark Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Guggenheim Capital, and C-III Capital Partners. He also has orchestrated six commercial real estate investment syndications and one development with an aggregate value over $30MM.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from the University of Mississippi. In 2011, he achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM Institute) being the youngest in the state to achieve the designation at the time and served as the Mississippi CCIM Chapter President from 2018 to 2019. He served as the President of the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS® (MCAR) in 2013 and nominated REALTOR® of the Year in 2012. He has served on the Ole Miss Real Estate Alumni Advisory Board of Directors from 2013 to Present. He served on the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Mississippi Board of Directors from 2011 to 2014. In 2017, he earned the industry’s most coveted designation of Society of Industrial & Office REALTORS® (SIOR), becoming one of 3,600 professionals worldwide, less than 1% of commercial real estate professionals. He is 1 of 5 individuals in the state of Mississippi who hold both the CCIM and SIOR designation and is the youngest of his counterparts by 30+ years. Most recently in 2019, he received the “Top 40 Under 40” Award by the Mississippi Business Journal.
