The NNN Investment Company is a private real estate investment and advisory firm specializing in the acquisition and oversight of retail properties, primarily single tenant triple-net investments. We seek to acquire value-add or distressed real estate and loans in what we believe are "growth states", the West, Southwest, Texas and Southeast. In addition to investment, we provide asset level and portfolio advisory services for select clients.
At the helm of the ship is Michael Campbell, CCIM, an experienced investor and advisor who has been working with owners and developers for more than a decade. Michael believes in taking calculated risks, which can be mitigated through proper underwriting and thorough due diligence.
Michael began his career at BRE Commercial, a privately held brokerage firm (now Cushman Wakefield), where he learned leasing and sales from the ground up. In 2015 he co-founded InvestCore Commercial, a boutique real estate brokerage firm solely focused on the acquisition and sale of single tenant triple-net assets nationwide.
A sixth-generation Texan, Michael obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He is a CCIM designee, former President of the San Diego CCIM Chapter (2019) and a long time member of ICSC.
Michael is an active participant in his alumni association, enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his wife, Emilie, their twins, and labrador retriever Beaux. Michael also volunteers with the Coastal Conservation Association and Habitat for Humanity.
