Shirley Johnson-Boyd is a Global Real Estate Consultant licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.  She provides selling, buying and investing advisory services specializing in multifamily, industrial net leased and hospitality properties.  Shirley is recognized as a savvy and knowledgeable real property investment expert and has published article in several publications including the CCIM VA newsletter, Beulah Corridor and Kingstonian.

Of particular interest and focus is her role as one of the leaders of the DC/Mid-Atlantic Council of FIABCI-USA, an international real estate federation and NGO.  She is also the Vice Chair of the International Business Forum with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR).  Because of her international focus, Shirley helps lead a group with members interested in exploring purchasing properties abroad.  With her contacts with real estate professionals in over 70 countries, Shirley forms connections with property buyers and sellers around the world.

Shirley is a member of several Real Estate Investor Associations (REIA) throughout the DC Metropolitan Area, which includes Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia (DC) and Maryland.

Shirley is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) and participates in events sponsored by the NVAR Global Council.  She holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP)  designations.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University in Louisiana, Master of Science degree from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA from George Mason University.
