Dee loves the honor of giving and receiving referrals with fellow CCIMs around the country, and he is not a member of any other national referral network other than this one. Dee closed more than $25 million in volume in 2023 and 2024, as the Tampa Bay area remained one of the hottest in the entire U.S. Dee was the president for CCIM’s 225-member Florida West Coast district in 2018. From 2013-2018, he held several senior leadership positions with Coldwell Banker Commercial, including ultimately serving as National Co-director for the company where he guided more than 700 agents through hundreds of transactions. He joined Bridgewater Commercial as a Broker Associate in 2018, specializing in investment sales. He is a second-generation broker and graduated from Georgia Southern.
