SUSAN MCCALL, CCIM IS THE OWNER AND DESIGNATED BROKER OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC IN MESA ARIZONA. SHE HAS BEEN A COMMERCIAL BROKER SINCE 2004 HONING HER SKILLS AND MARKET KNOWLEDGE IN the various disciplines OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET.  Susan successfully represents buyers, sellers, tenants and owners.  

As a generalist, Susan embraces and welcomes the diversity and various challenges each individual commercial real estate transaction can pose. She has mastered traditional arenas such as Retail, Industrial, Multi-family, Office and Commercial Land as well as specialty properties like Religious Institutions and even an Arizona Winery are all in Susan’s scope of expertise. The most prestigious designation in Commercial Real Estate is CCIM, which Susan earned in 2011.  

She started at RE/MAX Alliance group as a residential agent in 2002 and earned the distinction of being ‘Rookie of the Year”, soon discovering her true passion was in commercial real estate.   

In 2007, she then moved to NAI Horizon cultivating her commercial real estate skills as a health care specialist. After 2 years at NAI Horizon in the same discipline, Susan moved to US Preferred Realty to become the Commercial Division Director. Susan was able to gain expertise across various disciplines during this time.   During this time Susan also formed her commercial team “Commercial Property Connect”.  After 4 years she and her team returned to RE/MAX Commercial within RE/MAX Alliance Group and Susan was named their Commercial Director. There she enjoyed much success as the #1 Commercial Broker in the RE/MAX Southwest Region 2 years in a row.

In 2017 Susan decided it was time to open her own firm and converted her team known as “Commercial Property Connect” to her own firm COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONNECT, LLC.  In recent years, the company has been named “Best of Arizona” as a brokerage in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and in 2024 we were ranked Top Ten by Ranking Arizona.   In 2020 Commercial Property Connect, LLC came in second place for the BBB “Ethics in Business Torch Award”.  In 2024 Commercial Property Connect also earned Top Commercial Real Estate Firm in the United States by Clutch.co.
