Joe Godfrey has been in the Construction, Development, and Real Estate industry his entire career.  After graduating from University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1988 he moved back to his home state of Florida where he then obtained his contractor and real estate license.  He built hundreds of homes, developed subdivisions, and operated a real estate brokerage until 2007 when he moved to Tennessee.  He then obtained his Contractor and Real Estate Brokers licenses in Tennessee and began developing there.  He took over the development of Foxland Harbor subdivision, obtained the country club and ran the development as well as the club until 2018.  In 2019 he started building a luxury waterfront condo project in Foxland Harbor and recently completed the project in 2024.  He is continuing with land development and has recently moved into the multi-family investing sector.
