Chad Griffiths has worked in the industrial real estate industry since 2005. As a member of a global commercial real estate company and a partner with his local firm, Chad has completed over 1,000 deals with clients ranging from small companies to large institutional owners. As an active investor since 2014, Chad is co-owner of +150,000 sq ft of industrial properties.
In addition to being the host of the Industrial Real Estate Show, Chad has been a guest on over 40 other podcasts as well as being interviewed numerous times by national media.
