Mark, a Principal with Lee & Associates, specializes in representing industrial and land customers and

Mark began his career as Research Director in 1997 with a leading commercial real estate firm and also
as Metro Manager of the North Texas Commercial Data Exchange. In 2006, Mark was part of the original
group of professionals that founded the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Lee & Associates. Mark has an
extensive background in commercial real estate matters to include governmental incentives, property
taxes , site selection and financial analysis. This invaluable background allows him to effectively consult
both occupants and owners in their commercial real estate needs.
On a national level, Mark has completed numerous transactions and assignments in markets across
North America for various corporate clients. Mark’s extensive background in brokerage, research, and site
selection has provided him a solid foundation for serving his clients locally and across North America.
Mark and his wife, Angela, have two boys and they enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors, hunting,
camping, ranching and trips to the lake.
