Beverly Keith, CCIM, CRE, CRX is the Asset Manager at Zapolski Real Estate, a boutique investment firm headquartered in Raleigh, NC and Napa, CA. With assets on both coasts, Beverly is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the east coast portfolio and is a member of the Acquisitions team where she assists with analyses of investment properties. 

Accomplished at achieving strategic goals utilizing business development and networking skills, she develops long term relationships with C-Level executives, and decision makers. For over 25 years, Beverly has focused her practice on business development, portfolio management, investment sales, and corporate real estate. Commercial real estate career highlights include building and supervising highly successful multi-functional teams and managing multiple changing priorities with a heightened attention to detail, problem solving and follow-through. 

Beverly gives back to the commercial real estate industry through her dedicated volunteer service to the CCIM Institute and has devoted more than ten (10) years to the North Carolina chapter of CCIM, where she has served as a Board of Director member, and on the Executive Committee to the office of President for 2018 – 2019. Currently Beverly serves as Treasurer Elect for the CCIM Foundation and is a proud graduate of the JWL Leadership Development Academy (2017). Beverly lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, and enjoys boating, watching college sports, and spending time with her granddaughter Scarlett.
