Tom Ewing is a seasoned real estate professional with over 45 years in commercial real estate; specializing in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, multi-family residential properties, property management and asset management of the above types of properties and provides Landlord and Tenant representation.  Since 2000, Ewing has acted as a Court-Appointed Receiver in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.

Ewing served as President of the Rockford Area Realtors in 2013; served as Chairman on the Commercial & Industrial Committee, Member of and past Chair of  Illinois Realtors Commercial & Industrial Committee, past Member of the National Association of Realtors Legislative & Regulatory Sub Committee, Past Board Member of NICAR (Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS), Past Chairman of the Winnebago County Board of Review for 13 years, Past President of Rockford East Rotary Club, Past Secretary of the Rock Valley College Foundation Board and previously active with the local Boy Scouts.  

Ewing was awarded Realtor of the Year for 2007.   He has received many Real Estate Awards and received national recognition for his contribution to the commercial real estate industry.
