Professional Profile

Randy Krise, CCIM, has been a commercial real estate broker since 1983 and is licensed in both Florida and Georgia. Krise has spent his CCIM career in Fort Myers, Fla., and held virtually every elected office available in the SW Florida District and the Florida Chapter serving as president in 2015. He is completing his second three-year term as a director of the CCIM Institute. Krise has served on the Regional Activities Committee and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee. 

Krise practices commercial brokerage with a generous real estate portfolio and has managed and developed commercial real estate. His current project is Aldea, an infill redevelopment multifamily site which will have 304 one- and two-bedroom apartments with 30,000 square feet of street retail space and a 540 car parking garage with full amenities when completed.
