Started his real estate career over 40 years ago for a land development company in Wichita, KS.  He later moved his family to Branson, MO. in 1995 where he started his commercial brokerage business.  Commercial One Brokers LLC. specializes in investment sales and is the area's largest full-service leasing and commercial brokerage company.  A sister company offers property management for over 30 area properties with more than 800,000 sq. ft. of retail, office, and industrial space.  In addition to his real estate activities, Steve has served as the chairman of the Branson Area Chamber and CVB, District Marketing Council, and the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors.  He is currently a Board Member of the Taney Country Partnership, the country's economic development entity, and also serves on the air service development and 5 on 5 Planing Committee for Hwy. 76 redevelopment.
