Successfully managing over $2B of value-add and core plus multifamily assets for pension fund advisors, institutional investors, and high net worth investors. As a career total, transacted over $4B of real estate investment transactions to include dispositions, acquisitions, loan modifications and refinances.
Tammy earned a BA from DePaul University. She is a past president of CREW Chicago and serves on various committees within CREW Chicago and CREW Network.
