Greg joined Nabholz Properties full time in 1990 upon his graduation from the University of Arkansas. His day to day responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Nabholz Properties’ commercial real estate development, consulting, brokerage, leasing, and investment activities. Consulting and development services are focused on placemaking economic development projects that include community & downtown revitalization and traditional neighborhood & urban infill development. Greg is also involved on federal, state, regional, and local legislative initiatives aimed at promoting successful placemaking economic development projects in Arkansas.
