Delta Community, Georgia’s largest Credit Union, has over $8.0 Billion in assets.  The CRE Lending Program focuses on financing quality stable assets throughout Metro Atlanta. YTD 2023 Delta Community has closed over $158 Million in CRE loans.  With a $700 Million CRE loan portfolio we may be small, but we are big on service and looking to grow our portfolio.  

Delta Community is actively lending and focusing on: 

• Loans from $5 MM to $40 MM secured by quality stable assets.
• Preferred property types include industrial, grocery anchored shopping centers, self-storage, medical office, and flex buildings.
