Alex K. Kovacs, CCIM is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Florida, and is a highly experienced real estate consultant. He has been active in the real estate industry for over 40 years. His professional experience has been in commercial brokerage, entitlement, real estate appraisal, feasibility study, site selection, expert witness, Due diligence, and market study specializing in hospitality, resort, land development, and other property types. Alex has a Master’s degree in Real Estate, with Minor in Finance from the University of Florida, and has earned the prestigious MAI and SRA appraisal designations, although not currently an active appraiser.
