My business focus has been on the sales and leasing of industrial and office buildings in the San Francisco northbay market. My 36 years in commercial real estate and my CCIM education has helped me acquire, analyze and build my market knowledge, contacts and experience to service propetry owners, investors and businesses who either purchase or lease their properties. In addition I have a strong marketing background and great platform with Newmark to market office and industrial buildings for sale and lease throughout the country.
I believe my strength is my preparation and due diligence of understanding my listings. This allows me to provide the best information to investors and tenants by anticipating questions which ultimately expedites a smooth transaction.
I have been involved in the sale of land, investment properties, owner occupied properties and lease transactions with large corporate institutions and individually owner/ occupied companies.
