Barry Klein has been a licensed realtor since 1984. Before becoming licensed, he participated in the commercial real estate market as an investor. Today, he is involved as an investor in multiple multifamily property holdings in California, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona   Since 1984, he has listed, sold, exchanged and leased both commercial and residential property in and beyond the San Francisco Bay Area, successfully closing hundreds of transactions. In 1999, he attained the CCIM designation. He currently specializes in the listing and sale multifamily residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, with a focus on appropriate pricing and exposure of inventory to the benefit of sellers and buyer/investors.  With a background in the fine arts (Barry earned the degree Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Oregon in 1977), he blends his real estate analytic skills with a humanistic approach to doing business.  Barry works well with both seasoned and experienced real estate investors, and always welcomes new clients.
