Cynthia left IBM in 1981 to start her career in commercial real estate. She specializes in the sale of investment properties and retail landlord and tenant representation. She has completed over 400 commercial transactions. Cynthia is a past president of the San Antonio and South Texas CCIM Chapter and a three year past member of the CCIM National Board. In 1983 she co-founded the Network of Women in Commercial Real Estate, which later merged with CREW. Cynthia served as CREW San Antonio President in 1988 and she continues to participate as an active member.
