Ralph joined Nichols Land & Investment Co. as Broker of the Augusta office in 2004 after 20 years of experience in the commercial brokerage and management industry. Ralph earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia in 1973 and received his CCIM Designation from the National Association of Realtors in 1988. He is a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Georgia CCIM Chapter and the National CCIM Institute. Ralph is a past president of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year in 1998. Ralph received the H. Gould Barrett Award for most unique sale in 1997 and 2011.
