Ms. Mirelez earned her CCIM designation in 1988, and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979. After earning her BBA with majors in both Real Estate and Finance at The University of Texas at Austin in 1978, she worked in real estate research, land brokerage, office & retail leasing, commercial property management, and asset management. She also earned her Certified International Property Specialist designation in 1993, and has a working knowledge of the Spanish language.  

Ms. Mirelez returned to her studies, and earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Trinity University in San Antonio in 1998. She spent a decade in the health care environment prior to returning to commercial real estate in 2008. She joined Investment Realty Co. as a Broker Associate in 2009. After 12 years selling and leasing properties at IRC, she joined Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions in 2021.

As a 4th generation San Antonian, Ms. Mirelez combines her education and experience with her network of family, friends, and business associates to help people and businesses find solutions to their commercial real estate needs. Her focus is on office and retail leasing, and building sales. She also has experience in land sales and acquisitions.  

Ms. Mirelez is a member of the South Texas/San Antonio CCIM Chapter, South Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® (STCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is a Life Member of the Texas Exes Association, and is active in the Medical Real Estate (MRE) Group.
