He is also the founder Martin Property Development, a development firm and affiliated company to Martin Commercial Properties. He has orchestrated billions of dollars of real estate transactions and leased & sold millions of square feet of commercial property during his career. In addition to his roles at Martin and MPD, he is also the co-founder and managing partner at Riverstone Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment fund.

Mr. Martin built his reputation as a leader in the industry by developing highly successful corporate services, brokerage, property management, and development teams within his organization. He has garnered national accolades as a top producer of investment sales for CBRE as member of an affiliated office.
