Additionally, JP has a high level of experience negotiating with National Retailers, repositioning Shopping Centers, Leasing, Tenant Representation, Outparcel Sales, Ground Leases, and Investment Sales. JP has facilitated the sale and lease transactions totaling more than $600 Million Dollars. JP graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor in Real Estate, is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and has earned the prestigious CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and ICSC – Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) Designations. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), University of Central Florida Alumni (UCF).
